You’ve probably lived in your house for a couple years, maybe it’s three, maybe it’s been 30, but it’s been a while since you’ve dealt with real estate and I’m here to help. Perhaps you’re relocating for a new job, maybe you’re looking to retire, or you may just be looking to move around other relatives. Well, you’ve got a big road ahead of you and I’m here to help get you organized. Getting organized is actually step one of getting your house sold in Harford County, Maryland and surrounds when you’re relocating.

I always recommend to my clients that they sit down with a piece of paper and work backwards. What I mean by that is to sit down, and think, “Okay, when is the date that I need to be relocated to my new city? When does my job start? When does retirement start?” From that date, go ahead and start working backwards. Think about all of the things that you need to do to get to that point.
